Jasmine

Owner, Senior Stylist

Jasmine is the owner and founder of MIXD.Salon. In addition to being our fearless leader, a savvy business woman, and a working mom, she is also a Master Stylist. Jasmine has extensive experience in the beauty industry and grew up in a salon environment. This ignited her love for beauty at a young age. After spending several years as an assistant, Jasmine’s talent was noticed and she was referred to a professional teacher who accepted her into an apprenticeship program. You can tell this certified hair stylist has an unstoppable passion for her craft because her services are perfect every time.

Sissi

Stylist

Sissi is our stylist who may be a familiar face to you because has been with us the longest. She began her career at MIXD. as an apprentice under Jasmine. Sissi is a creator. She has a passion for all things beauty and it drives her to constantly hone her hair skills and bring precision to her services. Other than creating innovative looks for our clients, she is also a great cook and has a passion for food. Sissi just recently welcomed her first child and loves spending time with her family when she isn’t working.

Brian

Stylist

Brian is one of our stylists at MIXD. He graduated from Jean Madeline Aveda Institute in 2015 and has been doing hair ever since. He is an artist who is gifted at every hair service and lately has been enjoying color a lot. Brian’s passion to learn and create is the force behind his love for designing hair and exploring other forms of art. His other hobbies are interior design, computer programming, ceramics, gardening, and exercising.

Ciani

Apprentice, Stylist

Ciani is our newest talent. She graduated from Jean Madeline Aveda Institute in 2022. Ciani is currently apprenticing under Owner and Senior Stylist Jasmine. Her favorite thing about working at MIXD.Salon is how it feels like we are a family who shares the same passion and love for each other. When she’s not at the salon, she loves to read, binge watch shows, spend time with her dog Bruzzo, and go out on solo dates. If you have seen Ciani around the salon, you may have been drawn in by her bubbly personality. The good news is Ciani is taking clients. Alexa

Assistant

Alexa is one of our assistants. She graduated from Queen Beauty Institute in 2023. We are so proud of Alexa because she has recently passed her exam and gotten her cosmetology license! If you see her, be sure to congratulate her. Needless to say, Alexa is a hard worker. She loves all things hair related, including waxing. Alexa is interested in becoming a stylist at MIXD.Salon because she enjoys helping people feel good about themselves. When she isn’t busy at the salon, she enjoys relaxing at home or going to the beach.

Alexa speaks Spanish and English. If you or someone you know needs a translator during your appointment, Alexa is here to help.

Kiara

Assistant

Kiara is another one of our assistants and another Queen Beauty Institute graduate from the class of 2023. Kiara is a licensed cosmetologist and has been building her skills to one day become a Stylist with us at MIXD. She has an interest in natural hair care, extensions, and facials. She enjoys being a part of the relaxing environment at the salon and wants to continue to cultivate it. She loves providing quality shampoo services to our guests leaving them feeling fresh and amazing. You may have seen her beautiful smile brightening up the salon. Kiara enjoys traveling, expanding her education, and spending time with her friends and family.

Michele

Esthetician

Michele is our third graduate from Queen Beauty Institute class of 2023. She is our esthetician here at MIXD. Michele likes waxing because she feels it is kind of therapeutic seeing smooth skin. Michele offers full body waxing and facials. She is generally into beauty, makeup, and other than that she is obsessed with matcha, loves traveling, animals, and meeting new people.

Kat

Administration

You may see Kat around the salon chatting with our staff and clientele or womanning the desk. Kat is actually a graduate from Jean Madeline Aveda Institute. She has experience assisting, styling, and doing reception work in salons. After gaining experience in the industry, Kat (and Jasmine) realized her love for organizing and problem solving as well as her need for efficiency would translate well to an administrative role at the salon. Kat is driven by the MIXD.Salon mission and wants to ensure everyone in the building has a good experience.
